Vasco de Gama bridge is known as the longest bridge in Europe. Its walkway has the name of the famous Portuguese adventurer, Vasco de Gama, and it was built during the World’s Fair. It has a size of 17,2 km long and during its construction there were 3300 workers. To see it you can go to the Parque das Nações from where you will have amazing views to this construction. If you rent a car, you can also cross it.
