The  Barrio Alto of Lisbon is one of the most interesting parts of the city. This old neighborhood is full of beautiful facades and a meeting point for the young people and the artists during the night time, but during the day it is not very crowded. In this neighborhood there are also some design shops, nice bars and pubs where you can enjoy of live music, also many interesting squares, viewpoints, book shops, theaters, cafés and elegant buildings from the 18th century.
