São Jorge Castle is another famous construction in Lisbon. This castle is located in the highest hill of the city, and it was built in the 5th century, being the residence of various kings of Portugal through the history. Inside there is a museum with collections and exhibitions and many elements of the civilizations which have passed through it. From this fort, the views to the city are amazing. It is also recommended to spend some time walking around the castle as well.
