The Discovery Green is one of the most popular urban parks in the heart of Houston, in the United States. It was opened to the public in 2008 and is one of the sites where Texans interact with nature. The park has a small artificial lake where you can practice kayaking. You will find bars, resting areas and as its name implies, various attractions and facilities to play and practice activities in the fresh open air. Besides, in the park plenty of events are arranged during the year, which makes it a favorite place to go, mostly, among families.
