The Johnson Space Center is, probably the most important institution in Houston. It is the command center for the NASA Missions, and the astronauts training grounds. But the most important thing is that you can visit everything. When you get a ticket you can do a “trip” out of the earth to explore space. The Special Center organizes its exhibitions and explains them with an educational goal. It has various permanent exhibitions, some of them temporal, attractions, and tours and offers explanations that come from the astronauts. They explain how life is in space and the visitors can experience –in a simulation- how everyday life is for a cosmonaut or what it feels like to be launched in a rocket. Also, the Johnson Space Center has the biggest collection of moonstones in the world. Wow!

It is really a great experience but we recommend you to order your tickets in advance, in case they run out. The tour is suitable for both children and adults.
