Steak tartare is a typical dish of French cuisine. The basic ingredient is raw meat, usually beef. In the mass of uncooked meat, the recipe indicates that chopped onion, herbs or pepper can be added. Sometimes, if the guest wants, it is accompanied with an egg yolk, also served raw.
