Navy Pier
The Navy Pier is a shopping mall of leisure in Chicago, very popular among the young ones, friends and families. The dock has dozens of gardens, an amusement park, restaurants, music stores, theaters –The Shakespeare Theater!-, 3D movie theaters –like the Chicago Children’s Museum- and on this area, the boats go around in excursions with people aboard. There’s also the space where the Chicago Festival is celebrated, during August, and one of the favorite places to be and have a good time, among the residents.
The navy pier is a place to visit with time. It tends to be crowded at weekends. If you want to have a pleasant visit, try to go on a week day.
