The Eiffel Tower is one of the most symbolic and representative monuments of Paris. The tower of lovers, protagonist of photos with sunsets and thousands of postcards. It was built for the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1889 by Alexandre Gustave Eiffel and, back then, it challenged any structure that had been erected before using only iron. Currently, you can climb the tower; there is a restaurant, a museum, shops and most importantly, a view of the spectacular city of Paris. We recommend you visit the tower at sunset, when the lights come on to illuminate the great monument and the colors of the sunset leave you speechless. Of course, as every important monument, it is usually filled with visitors so you can hardly take a picture without anyone intruding.
