Lokrum is a very small uninhabited island located just 600 metres from Dubrovnik city. Some documents state that it was settled by the Benedictinr monks around 915 A.D. There are no hotels, tourist villas or guest hostels in Lokrum, but it is very worth to take the quick ferry to visit all the corners of the island and to take a bath in some wild beaches.
