Golestan Palace is the royal Qajar complex and one of the oldest historic monuments in Tehran. It belongs to a group of royal buildings called “citadel”. It has some gardens, royal buildings and some artistic Iranian collections with some European ones from the 18th and the 19th centuries. It is a must-see while in Tehran.
