Saint Petersburg has thousands of churches and many decent cathedrals to visit. One of them which is very impressive it the Saint Isaac’s Cathedral in honour to Saint Isaac of Dalmacia. The construction of this cathedral had many issues and architectural problems due to its weight and its proximity to the canals, many legends etc… After a century of building it and after its inauguration tha Tsar Nicholas II abdicated. You can’t miss a walk throughout its gardens and visit the famous statue.
