Europe - France - Nice

Ratatouille is a famous dish in the whole France which doesn’t have its origins in Nice. It is a vegeterian recipe which consist on frying various vegetables separately and then cook them a bit more all together with garlic, pepper, zuchini, onions, eggplant and olive oil and many spices.
