The piri-piri chicken is a kind of baked chicken with a spicy sauce called Piri-piri, name which comes from a type of chilli, the piri-piri, which is used to make it. In most of the Portuguese kitchens they have this sauce in a shelf, and it is a favourite of the country. It is also used for some grilled fish recipes.
