Kenting National Park is one of the 9 National Parks in Taiwan, recommended to be explored in 2 or 3 days on a scooter. It is a top must-see attraction if you are visiting Kaohsiung and have time. First, visit the Hengchun town, where the 4 old city gates are still standing, and then go straight to Longluan Lake, surrounded by green fields. Afterwards, you can visit the Maobitou Park and then to the night market. On a second day you could visit Kenting Village full or amazing beaches, and from there, just get lost. It is cheap, not crowded at all and beautiful.
