The Puerto de Las Nieves or Las Nieves Port is a small fishing village located in the North of Gran Canaria. This small village has always been known for being the spot from where the ferries depart to Tenerife, but lately it has become a touristic place. The Puerto de las Nieves has preserved its Canarian environment, and the best moment to visit it is in the evening. You can walk around the Paseo de los Poetas, full of restaurants of fish, craft shops and nice views to Tenerife and Teide.
