The English Garden (Jardin Anglais) is a park located in the shore of the Geneva Lake which has inside one of the most visited and tourist attraction in the city: the famous Flower Clock (Horloge Fleuri). This clock, made with various colourful flowers, commemorates the clock industry of Geneva. The work is decorate with more than 6.000 flowers and it is one of the biggest and most beautiful clocks in the world. And probably one of the most originals! In addition, the park has also the National Monument, a statue with two women which represents the Republic of Geneva and Helvetia (the traditional national personification of Switzerland), a symbol of the union between Geneva and the Swiss Confederation.
