Lucca is a charming city also in the Tuscany region, with medieval walls, a true gem to be discovered (in one day you have enough to visit the city). The best thing you can do it renting a bike for 15€ per day (aprox) to discover the city. Go directly to the old medieval city walls, built between the 16th and the 17th centuries to protect Sienan population (the only walls in the whole Italy which can be visited completely on foor or bike). The best way to eat your lunch is in Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, a very cute spot in the city. Lucca is also known as the city of the 100 churches (you can visit some of them).
