Moroccan eggplant salad is one of the many recipes for salads. First, an eggplant dough is made, the main ingredient, along with tomatoes, black olives, cumin, paprika, a few drops of lemon oil and salt. All these ingredients are chopped and it's usually eaten with bread or to accompany a dish.
