Bloubergstrand Beach is another hidden corner in Cape Town and one of the favorite beaches for those who practice water sports.
One of its best things, apart from its beauty, water and proximity to the city, is its views. From this beach you can see Robben Island perfectly, the island was a prison for political prisoners for centuries and Nelson Mandela, among others, was a political prisoner there for 18 years.
It also offers a spectacular view of Table Mountain and it has a wide range of nocturnal amenities to have a nice and quiet evening.
