The Széchenyi Baths are thermal baths open to the public and the largest ones of Budapest. This type of facilities are very common in Hungary but the magic of the Széchenyi is that it has many pools with different temperatures and water effects to enjoy a swim.Bathing all year long regardless of weather conditions makes it a very special place. The locker rooms are divided by gender, women on one side and men on the other. The central part is the most famous, where there is a huge pool that spins all swimmers moving the water in circles. The thermal baths also have indoor pools.
This is a very curious activity to do during your stay in Budapest and you're centainly gonna enjoy it. In addition, it's a good way to fit in among Hungarian ... so you know, when you pack, do not forget the swimsuit.
