The Hungarian salami is a speciality of the country and it’s sold in many shops and markets. It's made of the good parts of the pork and mass spices are added. The original recipe, created by Szeged, has never been made public so each manufacturer adds the amount of spices that seem appropriate. It’s one of the products that you can take home as a souvenir and try with your friends remembering your trip to Budapest.
