The Dobos cake is a very typical cake from Hungary. It has a specific look, with triangles made of glazed candy that look like a building dome. The cake has six floors separated by a layer of buttercream and chocolate biscuits. A caramel cake and maybe accompanied by nuts, also caramelized, is laid on top.
