Hadrian's Gate, is one of Antalya's icons. Located in the old quarter it's almost impossible to go to Antalya and not drop by, mainly because it's very close to one of the area's busiest streets. Hadrian's Gate is a triumph arch that was built on behalf of the Roman Emperor Hadrian, but for a long time it wasn't used as an entry, and that's probably why it's so well preserved. It's considered to be Pamphylia's, ancient region of southern Asia Minor, most beautiful gate, among other things because almost the whole monument is made of white marble, except for the pillars that support it. In addition, the details on it are very well preserved.
Around Hadrian's Gate it's very busy and this area is full of bars, restaurants and shops where you can chill out ad have a good time.
