Blinis is a very traditional Russian dish that you can have in most Russian cities like Moscow. It's a kind of pancake made from buckwheat, butter and filled with different ingredients like caviar, ham, chicken, cheese... and even jam, honey or cottage cheese. The shops where blinis are usually sold are called Blinnaya.
