Malaga is the native city of the painter Pablo Picasso and so inside the city you can find one of the most important collections of the artist. This collection can be visited in the Picasso Museum located in the impressive Buenavista Palace, a building from the 16th century declared National Monument. On the walls of the museum you can travel to the several periods and evolutive styles of the painter, through his pictures, drawings, sculptures and ceramic pieces. More than 200 art pieces concentrated under the same ceiling. The entrance costs 8 euros, but the las Sunday fo the month the entrance is for free. After visiting the museum, it is worth to visit its garden and its bookshop of the palace.
