Alcazaba is one of the most emblematic monuments in Malaga and one of the most iconic buildings which shows the muslim past of the city. It is a fort from the Arabic period built in the 11th century, before the Alhambra in Granada. It is located on the bottom of the Gibralfaro mount, which means that from the top of the fort you can enjoy of some stunning views to the city. To enter you just have to pay 2€. Very near the Alcazaba you can also visit the Roman Theater, recently renovated and nowadays belonging to the same building complex.
