The recipe of this alcoholic drink changes a little bit from the original, invented in Mexico. The recipe is simple: You mix a little bit of tequila with lemon juice and a little bit of Cointreau. You add ice and a layer of salt in the rim of the glass. One of the favorite variations for the Houstonians is the Triple Margarita Cocktail, with three times the amount of tequila.
