In Houston there is a really big Vietnamese community that a few years back started to settle in the city and introduced their cuisine in the city. It is very common for them to fry the shellfish and some of the most common dishes are: Noodle soup, rices, meatballs and pancakes, rolls –the spring roll is the most famous-, vegetables in vinegar or curry.
