Another beautiful island also colloquially known as North Straddie, just about 30 km from Brisbane. The original and traditional owners of the island are the Quandamooka people, an aboriginal Australian group formed of basically 3 tribes: Nunkul, Goenpul and Ngugi (many of them had to go from their lands forced by the English colonial government).
