The lefse is a kind of bread which is very light and plane, very common in the Scandinavian countries in general. It is made out of milk, potatoe, cream and some yeast. The Tynnlefse is a variety of the Lefse bread which is thiner and it is usually eaten as a sweet dish with sugar, butter and cinnamon.
