El campero is the traditional sandwich of Malaga. It is a sandwich made with a round bread which can be filled with almost anything, but the most common has some ham, cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, mayonese, but it also can have chicken, tuna, bacon or egg. There always has to have the “mahonesa”.
