Conches are quite an eaten food in Florida due to its vast numbers in its waters. Conch Fritters is one of the most typical dishes in the south. It's a dough made from flour and corn, eggs, some milk and a graint of pepper. Some add cilantro and, of coure, conch meat. The mix is split and ball-shaped to be fried in peanut oil (or sunflower or olive oil). It's easy to cook and the result is delicious.
