Cape Coral is a town just across the Caloosahatchee River. opposite Fort Myers. What makes this place special is that its residents live in a kind of artificial, canal-shaped islets which makes it the city with the most sailing miles n the world! As such, most of the people live in one storey houses just by the sea. The town is a favourite holiday destination for many north-Americans in southern USA. Being at the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, Cape Coral has several beaches and lots of hideouts by the sea. One of the must do's there is to visit the port and afterwards get lost wandering the typical American beach suburb!
