Also known as “Chicken kebab” it is another must. It is basicallly a juicy chicken meat which is marinated during the night in yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and tomatoe paste with delicious spices. It is usually served with pita (sometimes rolled) and with some salad on a side.
