Even the name might not sound very tasty, the stinky tofu is one of the most loved meals of the local people in Taiwan, mostly an appetiser. It stinks a bit, that’s true, but the taste is surprisignly unique and good. It is made with fermented soja flour that after they fry and is served with a sweet and sour sauce, like many other dishes in Taiwan.
