Hamburger is USA's par excellence dish. The basic version has cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise, though it may also include bacon, pickle or onion. An ingredient to pay attention to id the bread: not any knd will do! It must be «bun» bread: round, sorf and with sesame!
