Gazpacho is a cold soup typical during the summer months in Spain. In Alicante and Valencia there is a long tradition of cooking this during the summer months and the truth is that they do it well. The main ingredient is tomato triturated with water, olive oil, garlic and salt but it other ingredients such as tomatoes or bread can also be added.
