Bulhao Pato clams are a traditional dish in Algarve. It is made out of fresh clams cooked with garlic, coriander onion, white wine and olive oil. Usually it is served with bread to eat and finish its sauce. The dish commemorates the Portuguese poet Raimundo António de Bulhão Pato, very loved in the region.
