The Tiramisu is probably the main dessert of the Italian cuisine. It is a base of sponge cake with mascarpone cream, cocoa powder, some licour, and coffee. Nowadays you can find it almost everywhere, not just in Rome, in general in the whole world, but in the past, it was a very exclusive dish.
